Remember, losing weight is just half the battle; if you want to keep it off, you need to change your eating habits to include healthy, low-cal options.

    Long-term weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint, and there will be weeks when you don’t lose any weight—and in fact, you might gain a pound here or there. Don’t get stuck in failure, just start fresh the next day. You’re making a lifestyle change, and new habits take time, but they’re worth it in the long run.
